Certificate Based User Enrollment for Encryption Certs - Directory Based
Use this form to submit a request for an encryption certificate. You
will be asked to do an SSL client authentication. The certificate you
use to authenticate should be a signing-only certificate. On success, the user ID and pass ord supplied on this
form will be used to individualize the certificate eveÑtually approved.
If SSL client authentication is successful, and the user ID and
pass ord are correct your certificate will be issued
automatically.
Important:
Be sure to request your certificate on the same computer on which you
plan to use your certificate.
User's Identity
Enter your user ID and pass ord for your organization's directory. This
information will be used to verify your identity and to obtain
information from the directory to fill in the certificate.
